Los Angeles… The new Prime Grill on Rodeo Drive is a big hit here not only with kosher diners but with the rich and famous. Paris Hilton celebrated her birthday along with her parents and friends, Nicole Richie, Courtney Love and Paula Abdul. Some diners and restaurant experts are already labeling Prime Grill “the nicest kosher restaurant in the country.” In addition to its highly successful New York restaurant, the Prime Grill is due to open another restaurant on the Strip in Las Vegas this Spring.

What can we say? If Ms Hilton celebrated there, it must be pretty, pretty good! And how cool is it that they are going to open a branch in Las Vegas? Remember, what happens in kosher Vegas, stays in kosher Vegas!

Here is our advice to the owners: Give your diners a break and put a decent distance between tables so that people can have a private conversation!
