NEW KOSHER WINES FROM ARGENTINA

This just in from Kosher Today:

Abarbanel Introduces Two New Sparkling Wines from Argentina
By Eda Kram…Lynbrook, NY…Abarbanel Wine Company introduced two new sparkling wines to its collection. Layla Vineyards, located in the Maipu Valley of the Mendoza Appellation of Argentina, brings us Layla Sparkling, a combination of 50 percent Chardonnay and 50 percent Pinot Noir. The fruit is extra ripe and harvested at the perfect time to ensure optimal sweetness and pristine taste. Mevushal and under O-K supervision, Byblos Winery delivers an equally appealing Dry Brut Sparkling. Grown in Tupungato, at the base of the Andes Mountains, Byblos’ first ever Dry Brut Sparkling is 70 percent Chardonnay and 30 percent Pinot Noir. The wine is produced at Argentina’s first 100-percent kosher winery and is Mevushal and O-K certified. Byblos Dry Brut Sparkling is an ideal wine for summertime celebrations or the simple everyday glass. Both wines add an elegant touch of class to any summer meal.
