BROWNIE ICE CREAM CAKE

This recipe comes from Betty Crocker.

1 box of brownie mix
prepare as per box instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two 9 inch round pans with foil. Grease bottom with cooking spray.

Make the brownie mix as directed on box, except divide the batter evenly between the two pans. Bake as per instructions.

Cool completely (approx. 1 hour)

Spread slightly softened ice cream evenly on the brownies in the pans. Refreeze for at least 2 hours or until ice cream is firm.

Remove desserts from pans and remove foil. Place on serving plates. Cut each circle of dessert into 8 wedges.

Put each wedge on a plate and drizzle with hot fudge topping. Decorate with sprinkles and cherries.

Serve.
