HONEY MUSTARD GRILLED CHICKEN

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/8 Teaspoon ground red pepper (ie, cayenne)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Turn on your BBQ grill and heat to medium.

In a small bowl, mix the mustard, honey, oregano and pepper. Brush on the chicken.

Put chicken on the grill. Cover. Cook about 20 minutes, brushing frequently with mustard mixture. Turn the chicken pieces from time to time.

Check internal temp of chicken. At 170F, the juice that runs out of the cut chicken should run clear, and you are good to go!

Discard any leftover mustard mix.

NOTE: These make good sandwiches, too! Serve in buns with lettuce and tomato.
