Yup, you read correctly. Now there is upscale tahini. This is made in Israel by Al Arz in a factory that only makes tahini and nothing but tahini. The company uses a special process that lends its tahini a unique taste, free from any bitter after taste.

The tahini is 100% sesame seeds, no preservatives, no additives, no coloring, rich in fiber, protein and iron. Also it is cholesterol free.
