Honey Garlic Chicken

What You’ll Need

  • 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium ketchup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

What to Do

  1. Place chicken and bell pepper in slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and basil. Pour mixture over chicken and mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours, or until no pink remains in chicken.
