Chicken in Tomato Sauce

  • 1 chicken, quartered
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, crushed or 3-4 cubes  Frozen Garlic

Prepare the Chicken in Tomato Sauce

Place chicken into skillet.

Place garlic over chicken, pour tomato sauce and simmer for one to one and a half hours.
