Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius.)
Combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
Lay the drumettes skin side up in a single layer on a baking sheet or two 9×13-inch pans. Pour the sauce over the drumettes so they’re covered, but not swimming in it.
Bake uncovered for one hour and 15 minutes until browned.
