Ingredients ½ yellow bell pepper finely chopped ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese ¼ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup plain Greek style yogurt 1 Tablespoon dried basil 1 Tablespoon finely diced red onion 2 teaspoons diced pimiento ½ teaspoon apple-cider vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar ½ teaspoon seasoned salt ½ teaspoon granulated garlic ¼ teaspoon pepper 2 lbs. shelled fresh peas or 2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen tiny peas, thawed Instructions In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except peas. Ingredients 1 lemon, zested and juiced 2 tablespoons dried dill weed 1 teaspoon white sugar ¼ cup mayonnaise 2 large English cucumbers, peeled and diced   Directions Whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, and sugar in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in the mayonnaise until smooth; fold in the diced cucumber. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
