Recently the Star-K issued this statement about Quinoa and Pesach. Kosher for Passover Status: Quinoa was determined to be Kosher L’Pesach. OILS ON PESACH

We recently saw a posting on Kashrut.org concerning oils on Pesach. The Rabbis there say that safflower, walnut,and rapeseed (ie, canola) oils are kosher for Pesach without a passover certification. We agree.
