We have seen many ill informed statements on different social media concerning whether charcoal briquettes are all right to use on Pesach.   The simple answer is:   Charcoal Briquettes: Although they contain starch, they also contain borax, lighter fluid and sodium nitrate, rendering them totally inedible.
